At this time of year the red season is about to begin its celebrations of the little child Jesus!

Glittery light candles gifts without ends – Santa on the way through chimney

 

Hmm and I recall one year, oldest son received a beautiful Christmas card with cane reindeer and a packet on the way towards the chimney. I think he was at the age of 4 year, and very well aware of gifts and Santa is giving gifts. He point with his finger and asks about the picture and when he realizes that gifts that were meant for him was arriving this way!! He became totally pale, ran to the place that supported house with warmth – at that time we used charcoal opened the door and pointed and made clear this had to stop – smiles he did not dare risk his gift!!

Oh yes years ago I used to lie to the most precious people in the world – the kids I was entrusted to give birth.

 

What can a mother use to excuse herself – nothing but; I did without any questions what I was thought.

 

Hmm I got sidetracked!! Oh yes Christmas parties. I don’t know about what this means in the adorable Texas but in Denmark this means that it is a reason to eat dishes mostly meant for this season, eating much more than needed too, and to get as drunk as possible!!

And since it is a matter of companies can use money instead paying it in tax – most companies really just have to invite to such a party. And in the companies of the got both man and woman employed, that occurs the happy occasion ends in tears, fight and even a divorce.

Last year girls at work also having a Christmas party!!

Invitation, note written on the wall in the room we are eating our lunch boxes. I was asked, and I told: “No thanks, can’t participate I do not celebrate Christmas! During our talk in days during that season; it happened that I was asked something like: “don’t you having parties at all then in summer for instance?”

Sigh and I remember my answer and in the English language it was something like:”as long it is not named a Christmas party – then I can go”

Girls at work are all very sweet. And this year they are having a: summer & autumn party. On this occasion I had a talk with husband, for a moment he gave me a serious glance then he said:”they really like you to participate, you have to go.”     

And it is a Shabbat evening a matter of fact it is this Shabbat, and therefore I am not supposed to go elsewhere! Unity is a matter of huge importance, in that I am aware.

 

But I used some words that were uttered as a promise.

 

As living Torah as good as possible, I am to keep a promise I made – as our Almighty Creator always, ALWAYS is the very same in HIS promises – then I am to be as our beloved Almighty.

 

I am going!

 

I know some would say it is absolutely a wrong doing of me. Yes even driving a car whiles the aroma of Shabbat still present.

And mindfully thoughts are wandering to our visit in the land of Israel.

……….Long exhausting drive by bus after a day in the beauty and warmth of discovering parts of Israel, we all arrived to the hotel we were to live at the next days. Husband incarnated coffee drinker – out in his fingertips I would dare say – JUST WHANTED A COFFEE

 

There was an issue to brew a coffee here…..”You see this machine” and a coffee brewer were pointed out. “This can´t be used on a Shabbat” intern Hebrew talk with another employed. Again he turned to husband, and pointed towards another coffee brewer “This one is permitted though.” Husband got his coffee; he did no care whether it was coffee brewer 1 or coffee brewer 2 that caused his coffee.

 

By the way did I tell you, between the 2 machines there were 1 ½ Meter……….coffee were the outcome. Glad I am - thoughts are tax-free!!

Few hours and sleeping beauty roused and proclaimed sympathy and declared a cup of coffee would do fine in such a situation, and afterwards he would dive into performing first aid!!

Anyways husband fought a brave fight.

Brain change was a necessity!!

Several hours – complications were many and several on the road of reaching openness for the brave servant.
